GREAT WAYS TO SNACK HEALTHY

There are several little things you can do throughout the day that can have a tremendous impact on your weight loss. Try to avoid fast food and grabbing a quick burger and fries, potato chips, candy or even cookies. treat yourself to a healthy snack. if you have a BUSY schedule, it's even more important to eat healthy foods that WILL give you the EXTRA ENERGY YOU WILL need to keep going THE REST OF THE DAY.
Snacking on good healthy low calorie food thoughout the day is a sure fire way to keep your energy level really high and as well as keeping your brain alert . You can do this without taking up a lot of your time. try to manage your time a bit and get those snacks in there. You'll be amazed at how a few minutes of preparation the night before can give you a bit of leverage in geting your meals in so you can keep a natural flow of energy going while at the same time burning fat. Stuffing yourself with fries after class may give you a short and temporary boost, but a snack this high in fat and calories will only slow you down in the long run.
To keep energy keep energy high and avoid weight gain stay away from like candy bars or regular high sugar soda. Look for instead foods that contain complex carbohydrates like whole-grain breads NUTS and CEREALS and combine them with high protein snacks peanut butter, low fat cottage cheese or low fat yogurt.
