The best place to find that relaxation that we require is at home. Unfortunately some of cannot get comfortable there. This is because we have decorated in whatever way was convenient at the time and though it might look good to us, our minds feel that it is cluttered and it leaves us in havoc. The easiest way to fix this is to make a Zen home.
Zen design will focus on making a space that is able to clear your mind of any muddle and the thought that something is out of place. It is regarded to be the most tranquilizing design that serves to bring peace and balance to any busy life.
It is always better to start with what color you want to use. Choose something that is natural and light. This will assist to open the room and bring in natural tints. The walls, furniture, and other décor should have earthy tones similar to brown, tan, or cream. Any bright or dark colors and dramatic patterns will create conflict.
Every room in the home need to have its own specific purpose and design. For example, the office should be a place where you get your work done and pay bills. It is not a place to store items that don’t have a place in the home yet. Clean out any of the muddle to remove chaos from the room.
Try to put natural decorations round your Zen bedroom, office, and kitchen. Find unique plants, stones, and table fountains. This helps to bring some nature into your place and they can be very relaxing to listen or look at.
