As a student currently in the class, I have learned so much about using the Internet as a marketing tool. The most intriguing thing I have learned so far is how to track new media. Knowing what your target audience is saying about you and your products is key in delivering quality goods and services. New media tracking gives companies an upper edge in customer service and Internet marketing.
