These neighborhoods are not very aesthetically pleasing but they make up for it with lower property rates.

Chicago does have a lot to offer but those who intend to make the city their home would have to spend quite some time finding the right neighborhood which meets with their needs, personal preferences and of course, budget. The city is so diverse that anybody can find any type of property they are looking for in the city.
